Returns & Refunds

All books sold through Ultimate Bucket List Books are printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or incorrect selections.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your book arrives damaged or has a printing or manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can work with our printing and fulfillment partner to resolve the problem.

Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
